Established in 1994, at the birth of our new democracy, great effort has been made to reflect the values of the new South Africa. We have embraced black empowerment at every level of our business with some 56% of the shareholding being black-owned and a further 16% being owned by women. Furthermore, our workforce receive 10% of distributable profits on an annual basis.

We look to the future with confidence and a determination to play our part in making South Africa a success.
